CommonCents Financial Planning receives Highly Commended rating in CoreData’s 2016 Financial Advice Survey
CoreData surveyed clients of CommonCents Financial Planning in 2016 with questions that focused on key areas of Engagement, Overall Satisfaction, Loyalty and a Net Promoter Score.
We were extremely proud of the following results:
Engagement - 86.8% of our clients were highly devoted to our brand as opposed to the industry average of only 34.5%.
Overall Satisfaction - 95.5% of our clients were overall satisfied as opposed to the industry average of only 80.6%.
Loyalty - 95.1% of our clients have an intention to refer and continue working with us as opposed to the industry average of only 76%
Net Promoter Score - a rating of 81.6 as opposed to an industry average of 10 (yes, 10!)
